COVID-19 & AFA
In the USA Social Distancing 6 feet is becoming the norm, along with shelter in place for those 60+ and high risk individuals. No meeetings or gatherings of more than 10 people. In many areas all Bars, Gyms, Schools, Restaurants (take out only or delivery) are closed. Here is a link from the CDC
Being stuck at home can get a little boring. Here is a suggestion. Start flying again. If you use smartCars you can chat with your fellow pilots, as well as performing all of your line scheduling and filing without going to the Website. AFA is open and the Sky is the limit.
There are simple things you can do to help keep yourself and others healthy.
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing; going to the bathroom; and before eating or preparing food.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Stay home when you are sick.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
